01

Ingredients

  • 2 apples, grated (about 200 g according to the video description)
  • 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats (about 160 g according to the description)
  • 2 large eggs
  • About 30 g honey, the amount the tester says he used; see the honey note below
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

02

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (approximately 177°C) and line a muffin tin with paper cases. The video description says the full recipe makes 12 muffins.
  2. Grate the apples with a box grater. In a bowl, mix the grated apple, oats, eggs, honey and cinnamon thoroughly to form a cohesive, chunky batter.
  3. Spoon the batter into the lined muffin cups, dividing it evenly.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes, until the muffins are set, golden and baked through. Let them cool slightly before serving.
